I reallie gotta pen this down to vent it out!

k guys I know i havent been writing and when I were to write it now, it's tons and loads of nonstop whining.

I'M MOVING OUT OFFICIALLY TODAY!!!!
CANT STAND THAT B**** NO MORE!

yeah i know i used to say she's quite nice and all that
but yesterday, all her ugly sides unfold layer by layer.....
it just digust me more with every sentence she utter.....
urgh....hypocrites.... the extremist

i try to pen down everything that I remember.

INTRO:the very 1st day I stepped into her house, I like the cleaniness, the neatness and stuff....
well it's always wise to make things clear b4 moving into anyone's residence.

So I ask if there are any curfews? --- she replied "NO. You're free to enter and leave at anytime as I please."

She always dun talk to me on the phone and settles confirmation stuff VIA SMS.... sometimes can be quite irritating as in .... why text me when we're in the same house? duh....

She offered us to use her hot water flask to drink our water from.... luckily I decline her offer and told her that it's ok coz I got my own flask. dun wanna trouble her..... read on to find out.

RECENTLY:
well as i have to do my fyp, I decide to move back home for 3 weeks to do my fyp...
yes yes... my rent there is wasted. I paid as usual but I did not stay in there. Coz i feel more FYPish at home.
So wat happen is this.

B4 I left the rented room, the aircon was working totally fine
3 weeks later, the moment I on it, I found out that it's spoilt!!!
So... being the nice me (and perhaps it's a super wrong move!!)
I told the landlady, "oh the air con seem to have some problems. it doesnt seem to blow out any cold air."
she went "orh." and full stop...
I paid $480 for a aircon room with internet.
Yes, it aint too ex... but I could've rented 1 without air con for 430....
why will I pay so much if the air con is not working ritE?
So, she din repair and she din repair.... fine... reminded her...
alas she got a guy down to check and stuff and wat happens next is a horrid encounter with a miserly woman with miserly pockets!

YESTERDAY:1) was happily studying in mos burger and decide to pack my bag and go back to my rented room to continue my studies....

2) Came back home and she approach my room...

for easy idenfication, her dialogues are in light brown... why? coz it's like shit.
for me? as an angel, I always suit pink dun I hiak hiak hiak
some sentences are translated to english... kinda cumbersome to type in chinese.
but i might put some hanyu pinyins if i remember her words.
some scenes will be cut short.
btw... her english kinda sux... so I already made her sound quite eloquent! pi...


her "about the air con, i think you will have to be responsible."

me "what is it about?"

her "i will hand you the invoice and you have to be responsible for the payment."

me "huh!?!?!........... Are you saying that I have to be responsible for the entire invoice payment?"

her "yes. you should pay for all the damages."

**dik tao feeling very sian from all the previous incidents and now this crap!**

me "I'm very tired staying here."

her "eh! excuse me! I din do anything to offend you k! how can u say that!"

me "But you are not being fair to me by asking me to be responsible for the entire payment. it was working fine b4 i leave. and 3 weeks later when I'm back, I just on, and it stops working... and you're saying it's my fault?!"

her "the mechanic says coz you on 25 degrees den the thermostat
..... (btw she din even use this word.... i just assume it's thermostat) .....on off on off until the fan spoil. I know u trying to help me save electricity but den you spoil my things!"

me " but it's working fine b4 i leave! and I din stay for 3 weeks! I come back, Spoilt, and u say I have to pay? I hao xin inform u so that ur other aircons will not be affected and now you are blaming me? If I had known this will happen, I would not even bother to tell u."
***I seriously cant remember how many times I repeat this, but it doesnt seem to get into her head...****

her "the mechanics words are such. it must be your fault already."

me "the next door girl also uses the air con.... how would I know it's not becoz of her usage within the 3 weeks that it's damaged. You're not being fair by making me responsible totally when I'm not even here when it's damaged and when the next door girl is using the air con too!"

her "ORH.... so you are saying u dun wanna be responsible la! den push the blame to her!"

me "hey... I'm not pushing the blame to her... I'm just explaining circumstances to you and reasoning properly with you to let u understand why u r not being fair by pushing the costs all to me."

me "i already verified with her b4 she left for china and she told me that her air con was also not working for quite awhile already."

her " but she din complain to me wat."

me "I'm not saying I dun wanna be responsible.(getting sick of quarrelling...) Fine. At least be fair to me k? Since the next door girl also got use air con and I also got use the air con. Since now the air con spoil, we split the cost...k?"

her "u spoil it and u want her to pay!?! My aircon also SORT SORT already.... I also din ask u to pay for the damage done to mine!"

me "I din spoil it! but given that I use the air con too, it's only fair that I'm willing to compromise by paying half of it..."

**ignorance is a bliss... so while she's ki siaoing, debating with my bf, I continued to jammed the agent's phone.**

her "You know ur drag RENT HOR I CAN FORFEIT UR DEPOSIT 1 LEH!"

me "hey.... I already sms u and inform u before hand le wor. And you said OK one k?"

her "you cannot call me mah?!!! This kinda thing must call one!"

We reparied her wall that's full of holes for her!!! we plastered her wall...... did we even bring this up to geh gao! wah lau... some ppl reall too much!)

(after which my bf got reallie fed up talking to her, he approached the uni grad hubby instead. and we came to a consensus... once her hubby talks, she diams.... coz she listens to her hubby one. and the solution that the hubby proposed, makes more sense.... i moved out 2 weeks prior to my expiration of contract... I told them I did not intend to take back my remaining rent anyway coz it's my decision to move out... and he agreed to pay me back my deposit....So I say ok... I dun wanna stay and I'm leaving asking him to give me till this week end to settle my transport and moving... he agrees saying it's reasonable....den she whisper to him.... nobody heard.... BUT I DID!)

her "they stay... the extra electric bill how?!!?!! ni hen hao si hor!"
